北京中海·大吉巷项目的成功，点燃了京城商业复兴与创新的热情，也吸引了全国商业领域开发者及运营者的目光。2025年9月10日，LAND3景立方联合万商俱乐部北京分部及万商设计与升级改造专委会共同组织了一场深度探访活动，带领来自国内商业地产开发、资产管理、规划设计、运营管理等领域的二十余位资深人士，共同走进中海·大吉巷这一北京城市更新标杆项目，共同解码老城复兴的商业新范式。LAND3景立方总经理黄新先生、设计总监卢青先生作为中海·大吉巷项目规划设计的参与者，出席了这一活动，并针对大吉巷的设计感悟进行了主题演讲。

On September 10, 2025, LAND3 in conjunction with the Beijing branch of the Wanshang Club and the Wanshang Design and Upgrade Renovation Committee, organized an in-depth exploration activity, leading more than 20 senior professionals from the fields of domestic commercial real estate development, asset management, planning and design, and operation management to jointly explore Zhonghai Dajixiang, a benchmark project for urban renewal in Beijing, and jointly decode the new business paradigm of old city revitalization. 活动伊始，LAND3景立方以及中海·大吉巷项目的负责人全面介绍了项目的规划理念与开发历程。项目位于北京西城区核心地带，依托百年胡同肌理，巧妙融合了传统建筑风貌与现代商业功能，通过对老旧院落的保护性修缮与活化利用，不仅保留了老北京的生活气息与文化底蕴，更引入了高品质的零售、餐饮、文化及办公业态，成功打造了一个兼具烟火气与时尚感的“微度假”目的地。
At the beginning of the event, the principals of LAND3 and the Zhonghai Dajixiang project comprehensively introduced the planning concept and development history of the Dajixiang project. Located in the core area of Xicheng District, Beijing, the project relies on the century-old alley texture, cleverly integrating traditional architectural style with modern commercial functions. Through the protective repair and revitalization of old courtyards, the project not only retains the living atmosphere and cultural heritage of old Beijing, but also introduces high-quality retail, dining, cultural, and office formats, successfully creating a "micro-vacation" destination that combines the charm of everyday life with a touch of fashion.

Subsequently, Huang Xin, General Manager of LAND3, and Lu Qing, Design Director, systematically and comprehensively introduced the design logic and implementation process of the project, arguing that change has become the norm for new commercial projects. The urban landscape, business scenarios, emerging brands, digital ecology, consumption strategies, cultural enhancement, etc., are constantly in dynamic change. The rapidly transforming society has made the reconstruction of "people, goods, shops, venues, and circles" a compulsory task for offline commerce, and has also brought about earth-shaking changes to the daily work of commercial practitioners - there is no fixed approach, only endless innovation.
