2026年7月6日至12日，由中共贵州省委组织部、贵州省住房和城乡建设厅主办，全国市长研修学院（住房和城乡建设部干部学院）承办的“贵州省城市更新工作专题示范培训班”在北京成功举办。贵州省各市（州）政府分管负责同志、市（州）住房和城乡建设局主要负责同志，县（市、区）政府分管负责同志共51人参加培训。全国市长研修学院（住房和城乡建设部干部学院）副院长陈勇、贵州省住房和城乡建设厅副厅长鲁长亮、省委组织部组织二处副处长李赟出席开班式并讲话。本次培训邀请部委智库专家、政策金融专家、党建名家及行业一线领军人才联袂授课，内容直击贵州城市更新的痛点难点。LAND3景立方总经理黄新先生作为领域专家受邀参加授课。
From July 6th to 12th, 2026, the "Guizhou Province Urban Renewal Work Special Demonstration Training Course" was successfully held in Beijing, hosted by the Organization Department of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Guizhou Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, and organized by the National Mayor Training Institute (Cadre College of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development). 51 officials in charge of various city (prefecture) governments, main officials in charge of housing and urban-rural development bureaus, and officials in charge of county (city, district) governments in Guizhou Province participated in the training. He emphasized the functional positioning of complete communities as the core hub of urban renewal, focusing on national standards and implementation cases. For the southwestern region, he proposed that the "proximity" of mountainous communities cannot be solely based on map distance, but must be redefined by adding real walking resistance such as slope and elevation differences - from "facility accessibility" to "real accessibility", which is the core professional increment of the complete community physical examination in the southwestern region. And combined with the practical project of LAND3, it provided a practical expression from theory to practice for this training.

This demonstration training course, from policy interpretation to financial tools, from planning systems to mass work, from benchmark projects to actual situations in Guizhou, has both macro perspectives and practical depth, providing students with a systematic and pragmatic urban renewal "practical course". While participating in the activities, LAND3 will also continue to gradually expand its urban renewal field, gradually forming a comprehensive design renewal system related to design, including cultural reshaping renewal, commercial operation renewal, ecological organic renewal, and intelligent technology renewal. The project park covers a total area of 5.65 hectares and has a total construction area of 165000 square meters. It plans to build 14 modern industrial buildings and innovatively adopts a dual core layout of "industrial development+talent housing". It will also be equipped with standardized AI office carriers, specialized research and development laboratories, high-quality talent supporting residences, and ecological landscape spaces. The goal is to build a science and technology innovation development ecosystem that balances work and housing, and has a complete ecological system, providing solid hardware support for the full cycle growth of enterprises and the housing of high-end talents.
