The project is located in Heshuo County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, on the north bank of Bosten Lake, the largest inland freshwater lake in China. The unique natural environment of inland sand sea integration and the boundless boundary scenery of Xinjiang make the site full of uniqueness. The nearly 1-kilometer-long high-quality beach coastline has created beautiful natural scenery and tourism resources. It also carries the memories of generations of Heshuo people. However, the early scattered and scattered construction, as well as the outdated and poorly designed facilities and environment, are no longer able to meet the development of cultural tourism within the country.

原金沙滩度假区具有完整的交通及岸线体系，从老旧的景区大门到荒凉的公路，空旷的沙滩广场和单一的浮沙栈道。以及沙滩上随处可见，却缺少统一整合的各类景观雕塑。无序且凌乱的空间造成了场景与功能的缺失。使得游客缺乏了视觉及行为的焦点，以及与自然场景互动体验的空间场所。如何能够既保护且利用天然条件，又能创造具有时代感的文旅体验，对我们既是机会也是挑战。

The existing Jinshatan Resort has a complete transportation and shoreline system, from old scenic area gates to desolate roads, empty beach squares, and a single floating sand boardwalk. And various landscape sculptures that can be seen everywhere on the beach but lack unified integration. The disorderly and disorganized space has resulted in a lack of scene and functionality. This deprives tourists of visual and behavioral focus, as well as spatial spaces for interactive experiences with natural scenes. How to protect and utilize natural conditions while creating a cultural and tourism experience with a sense of the times, even if it is an opportunity, is a challenge for us.

金沙滩景区从90年代的狂热到如今的沉寂，它经历的是一场与时代的脱节，对资源的浪费。在如此具有特质的场地条件上，随之而来的是对于场地功能价值、外表美学价值、游客情绪价值的一次全面挖掘。面对客户不断提升的标准要求，摒弃陈旧、消除破败，满足场所对于功能与艺术的渴望、通过景观勾勒出功能的轮廓。利用原有环境，以一种线性、连贯的改造，切分沙滩岸线映射空间，形成时尚活力的亲水旅游度假区。

The Jinshatan Scenic Area has experienced a disconnect from the times and a waste of resources, from its frenzy in the 1990s to its current silence. With such distinctive site conditions, a comprehensive exploration of the functional value, aesthetic value, and emotional value of the site follows. Faced with the constantly increasing high standards of customers, we abandon obsolescence, eliminate dilapidation, meet the desire of the venue for functionality and art, outline the contours of functionality through landscape, and utilize the original environment to create a linear and coherent transformation, dividing the beach shoreline to map the space, and forming a fashionable and vibrant waterfront tourism resort.

Colorful and connected, these are the words that come to mind the most in our creative process. Plan and integrate existing resources, fully utilize the advantages of geographical culture and landscape zoning to integrate and enhance the scenic area, and improve the external image and functions of Jinshatan Beach Scenic Area. The simple and gentle lines, resembling waves and mountains, dissolve the place and define its function. By utilizing elements such as waves, islands, beaches, and schools of fish to create patches, shapes, and colors, and stitching them together, a functional chain resembling an island chain is formed. The form of the Bosten Lake symbolizes the interweaving of art and culture, creating a "colorful west coast, free golden beach".

北侧园区大门是整个度假区的主入口，但原有的设计缺少对于旅客传递具有昭示感及艺术性的礼遇。无法传递区域与文化的精神内核。我们在设计中利用已有的基础结构，利旧建新，以新疆特有的雪山、博湖特有的海浪为形象精神引导，使得这一场景立面变得丰富而多变，白色而起伏的线条，金色而耀眼的昭示。形成了度假区的第一超级立面。

The north gate is the main entrance of the entire resort, but the existing design lacks a sense of benefit and artistic hospitality for passengers. Unable to convey the spiritual essence of the region and culture. We utilize existing infrastructure in our design, utilizing the old to build the new, guided by the unique snow capped mountains and waves of Bohu Lake in Xinjiang. Make the facade of this scene rich and varied, with white and undulating lines, and golden and dazzling indications. Formed the first super facade of the resort area.

Jinshatan Tourist Resort Lakeshore Experience Area

明快而典雅、时尚而清新。湖岸整体采用强烈的斑块化串联，根据周边建筑业态，联动形成对应的功能补充。8大功能版块东西排列，控制住每一个重要的景观场所主要形态与属性。不同的造景手法结合不同的景观元素，营造广场、亭廊、剧场、乐园等多元的空间环境，并且利用场所留白为景区运营提供了更多的使用可能。打造沉浸式类海洋度假生活。

Bright and elegant, fashionable and fresh. Strong artistic modularization, based on the surrounding architectural formats, forms corresponding functional supplements through linkage. Eight major functional sections are connected to control the main form and attributes of each important landscape place. Ⅱ-1 金沙滩旅游度假区湖岸体验区-鱼跃金沙广场

Yuyue Jinsha Square

起伏的白色顶板如同翻涌的浪花，在三维空间内形成了视觉的绝对焦点。开阔的场地为各类文旅活动及节日、赛事提供了良好的展演空间。地面的漩涡铺装与远端的湖面相映成趣。而跳动的音乐喷泉则让场所无论在四季何时，都能找到调动心绪的美好情境。中央的鱼跃金沙雕塑婉如精灵再生，从湖水中跳跃而出，灵动非常。夜晚来临，变幻的灯光更为广场及艺术廊架增添了一抹诱人的色彩。

The undulating white roof resembles surging waves, forming an absolute visual focus in three-dimensional space. The swirling paving on the ground contrasts with the distant lake surface. The dancing music fountain allows the venue to find beautiful and emotionally stimulating situations at all times of the year. The sculpture of fish leaping over the golden sand in the center is as graceful as an elf reborn, jumping out of the lake with great agility. As night falls, the changing lights add a tempting touch of color to the square and art gallery.

Ⅱ-2 金沙滩旅游度假区湖岸体验区-沙滩BBQ&红酒BAR

Beach BBQ&Red Wine BAR

六角形的双层景观廊架如同矩阵一般分布在中央广场的两侧，拼接式的组合设计形成了既规律、又随机的空间体验。通过顶部的遮蔽，有效地解决了湖岸夏季暴晒的自然环境限制，又形成了良好的空气流通。使游客可以自由、舒适、随意的在沙滩区域进行度假活动与体验。并且将湖边烧烤美食及和硕当地特有葡萄酒文化植入其中，形成独具魅力的美食空间与文化空间。

The hexagonal double-layer landscape corridor is distributed on both sides of the central square like a matrix, and the spliced combination design forms a spatial experience that is both regular and random. By providing cover at the top, the natural environment limitation of summer sun exposure on the lake shore is effectively solved, and good air circulation is formed. Enable tourists to freely, comfortably, and freely engage in vacation activities and experiences in the beach area. And incorporate lakeside barbecue cuisine and the unique wine culture of Heshuo into it, creating a charming culinary and cultural space.

Ⅱ-3 金沙滩旅游度假区湖岸体验区-海浪剧场

Wave Theater

人群的聚集，是湖岸体验区最需要解决的功能问题。我们需要构筑可以进行社群活动、文艺表演、展示打卡等功能的核心场所。而海浪剧场则有效的满足了上述功能。超体量的壳体式外形设计，经过了周密的计算，不但结构稳定，外形丝滑，更是有效的遮蔽了12个月里大部分时段的暴晒阳光。完美地解决了环境与功能之间的矛盾。也如同整个湖岸线上最闪亮的珍珠一般，在水天一线之上烁烁放光。

The shell shaped design of the super volume has undergone careful calculations, resulting in not only stable structure but also a sleek appearance. It effectively shielded most of the sun exposure for 12 months. Perfectly resolved the contradiction between environment and functionality. Like the brightest pearl on the entire lakeshore, it shines brightly on the water sky line.

Ⅱ-4 金沙滩旅游度假区湖岸体验区-星空美食泡泡屋

Starry Sky Gourmet Bubble House

圆形的泡泡屋，如同宇宙基地一样阵列在沙滩之上，格外吸引眼球。我们将一种全新的参与模式与功能单元引入到湖岸的岛状功能链之中。坐在泡泡屋中，不但可以在骄阳似火的季节安静惬意地品尝美食，还可以在清爽的夜晚仰望星空，一览无边的银河。同时通过这一规划灵活的将零散餐饮与点状供应相互结合，形成近湖岸线与内部的美食街形成联动，创造全新的文旅美食体验。

The circular bubble houses, arranged like a cosmic base on the beach, are particularly eye-catching. We will introduce a new participation mode and functional unit into the island shaped functional chain on the lakeshore. Sitting in a bubble house, not only can you enjoy delicious food quietly and comfortably in the scorching season, but you can also look up at the starry sky on a refreshing night and admire the boundless Milky Way. At the same time, through this flexible planning, scattered catering and point supply will be combined to form a linkage between the lakeside and the internal food street, creating a new cultural and tourism food experience.

Ⅱ-5 金沙滩旅游度假区湖岸体验区-鲸奇乐园&科技水乐园

儿童是沙滩度假的重要客群之一，也是以家庭为单元的客群群落核心驱动力。在整个场地的最东侧，设计以鲸鱼、水母、浪花、喷泉等元素为基调，结合各类无动力戏水设施、儿童设施，构筑具有双层结构体系，以科技、智能、绿色、安全为原则的综合型儿童活动空间。并且依托场地，设置“一带一路“科技互动区，强化对于和硕文旅的大力宣传。

松软的沙滩焕发新姿，碧蓝的湖面、船只、码头、栈桥相互映衬。攒动的人群再次汇入岸线之上，让这里成为可近可亲的打卡地。从启幕到现在，全新的金沙滩景区相继承办了全国沙滩排球巡回赛、全民健身大会、沙滩音乐会、烟花秀、帐篷露营大会、和硕冰雪嘉年华等一系列丰富多彩的文旅体验活动，以此既回应了和硕的本土文化特色，又在保留记忆的同时，为区域文旅增添了新的视野，开辟了新的领域，吸引了新的客群！不断提升着和硕乃至新疆的文旅体验水平。

Since its opening, Jinshatan Scenic Area has successively launched a series of rich and colorful cultural and tourism experience activities, such as the National Beach Volleyball Tour, National Fitness Conference, Beach Music Concert, Fireworks Show, Tent Camping Conference, Ice and Snow Carnival, in response to the local cultural characteristics of Heshuo. At the same time as preserving memories, it has added new perspectives to regional cultural tourism, opened up new fields, and attracted new customer groups! Continuously improving the cultural and tourism experience level of Heshuo and even Xinjiang.

“多彩西海岸，自在金沙滩”是LAND3景立方为博斯腾湖、为和硕、为新疆描绘的文旅印记。当我们回溯这次创作的过程就会发现，设计团队以创新的眼光重新看向这片区域，深入挖掘当地的优质自然资源与文化要素，结合现有的景观条件，以及游客的功能需求，精心打造了一处既保留了博湖风貌又充满现代气息的新空间。重现昔日金沙滩的热闹景象，赋予这一片沙海新的生命力。

Colorful West Coast, Free Golden Beach "is a cultural and tourism mark depicted by the Land3 Scenic Cube for Bosten Lake, Heshuo, and Xinjiang. When we look back at the creative process of this project, we will find that the design team has taken an innovative approach to re-examine this area, delving deeply into the high-quality natural resources and cultural elements of the local area. Combining the existing landscape conditions and the functional needs of tourists, they have carefully created a new space that retains the style of Bohu Lake and is full of modern atmosphere, reproducing the lively scene of Jinshatan in the past and giving this sand sea new vitality.
