项目位于天津市河西区新梅江板块，板块区域内拥有海河、卫津河以及天然湖泊等优质自然景观资源，周边还毗邻梅江国际会展中心、成熟高端的居住区和大型家居卖场等，具备成熟的发展基础。作为市区环内最后一片大规模的高品质城市用地，新梅江也完全具备打造中心城区生态城市示范区和率先执行智慧城市的先天优势。

In Tianjin's urban business card, there are classic memories, glorious hubs, and a fusion of fashion and livability. After experiencing the development of urban high-speed construction and changes in the skyline, people here need a living environment that is full of urban art and green, and a sense of tranquility that permeates their lives.

The project is located in the Xinmeijiang area of Hexi District, Tianjin. The area has high-quality natural landscape resources such as Haihe River, Weijin River, and natural lakes. It is also adjacent to the Meijiang International Convention and Exhibition Center, Meijiang mature high-end residential area, and large home furnishing stores, with a mature development foundation. As the last large-scale high-quality urban land in the urban area, Xinmeijiang fully possesses the innate advantages of building a demonstration zone for ecological cities in the central urban area and being the first to implement smart cities.

建筑的线条平直而优雅、时尚而灵动。依托于这一种超现代主义的风格，构筑在南北轴线统领下的多层次的功能空间与价值体验。现代、艺术、松弛、精致的空间串联整个区域。将建筑环绕在环境周边，实现自然与人相互依存的轻松与优雅，力量感与生态性协同共生，展现设计与人性的关联。场地围合出不同大小的情景空间，在软硬的融和之下，形成了复合美学与艺术，兼顾极简与自然，追寻优雅惬意的居住体验。

The lines of the building are straight and elegant, fashionable and dynamic, relying on this ultra modernist style to construct multi-level functional spaces and value experiences under the guidance of the north-south axis. Modern, artistic, relaxed, and exquisite spaces connect the entire area. Surrounding Building H around the environment, achieving a relaxed and elegant interdependence between nature and humans, a sense of power and ecological synergy, and showcasing the connection between design and humanity. The venue surrounds different sizes of scene spaces, forming a composite aesthetic and art under the integration of soft and hard, balancing minimalism and nature, pursuing an elegant and comfortable living experience.

空间之描绘 | Description of Space

设计希望强调自然感与舒适度，以绿色串联林间而居、无界延展的生活意境。现代艺术之美消除了空间的局限，是一种公共的亲近自然、触摸绿色的感受，是一种未来美好生活的预演。在这个空间，我们构建六大价值点的联系与共融，并以迎宾、中庭、宅间、运动、环跑五大体系实现生活的温柔与浪漫，空间互相呼应而彼此共生延展。

The design aims to emphasize the sense of nature and comfort, creating a living atmosphere where green connects with the forest and extends without boundaries. The beauty of modern art eliminates spatial limitations and is a public experience of being close to nature and touching green, a rehearsal for a better future life; In this space, we construct the connection and integration of six major value points, and realize the gentleness and romance of life through five systems: welcome, courtyard, living room, sports, and running around. The spaces echo each other and coexist and extend with each other.

从方案到落地，最终的效果取决于对设计的二次加工，对于空间的二次理解，以及对于工艺与尺度的二次把握。从效果转变为图纸上的线条，我们在从施工、成本、材料、营销、战采等多个角度出发，使的原本通透明快、艺术柔美的方案又增添了几分时尚的气息。

The final effect from the plan to implementation depends on the secondary processing of the design, the secondary understanding of the space, and the secondary grasp of the craftsmanship and scale. From the perspective of construction, cost, materials, marketing, and procurement, we have transformed the original transparent and artistic design into lines on the blueprint, adding a touch of fashion to it.

平滑衔接柔美，感性携手理智。线条中的质感、肌理、光影、颜色给人的感触是温暖的。干净素雅的墙面，形成了空灵的背景，随着情绪的递进，与步履的前行，空间的变化开始丰富，交织咬合间。线条与场地在这一刻被重组，几何体块的线条交织着空间的韵律。庭院里实现了由动入静、艺术精致的视觉节奏和内庭风景。夜晚的天空下，镜面一般的水体反射出淡雅的温暖，轻柔的水、舒适的光，卸下疲惫，让清新自然、私享静谧时光变得极具仪式感。潺潺的流水散落在充满理性的空间里，显得更加神秘而梦幻。

The murmuring water scattered in the rational space, appearing even more mysterious and dreamlike.

追逐喜悦 沉浸情感

体验了空灵的浪漫、走进了喜悦的时间。曼妙的水系显得那么的随心所欲，清浅、透彻的水花，溅射起了孩子们的第一缕梦想。在晶莹中互相追逐，在舒爽下一同嬉戏。简洁时尚的设施点缀在绿草繁花之中，缤纷的颜色镶嵌在素雅的基底之上。一阵微风吹过，随着秋千荡漾而起的是喜悦的童年。在泉边穿梭，在绿野呼吸，每一处场所都变成了生活的记忆，为孩子们和圈层交际创造出一个自在的世界。
