项目位于北京市石景山区、西五环内侧、衙门口片区，项目地块周围交通完善，配套齐全。借助于半径3公里内汇聚了多个区域前排学校的资源优势，加上中海在整个区域的品牌地位，使得项目构成了整个“学府片区”的价值高峰。完全具备打造中心城区学区住宅典范的先天优势，需要用一片绿色，重塑京城学府理想人居。
In the memories of growth, there are towering trees, clear murmuring streams, the mystery of the forest, blending fashion with livability. Here, people seek an urban artistic yet green and secluded living environment, a serene sentiment that permeates daily life.The project is located in the Yamenkou area, within the western inner ring road of Shijingshan District, Beijing. The surrounding area boasts well-developed transportation and comprehensive amenities. Leveraging the educational resources of top-tier schools within a 3-kilometer radius, coupled with China Overseas Land & Investment's strong brand presence in the region, the project stands as the pinnacle of value in the "Educational Hub" area. It possesses all the inherent advantages to become a model for residential communities in the urban center's school district. There is an urgent need to use a green space to reshape the ideal living environment for scholars in the capital.

场地空间条件鲜明而集中，带来的是功能体系下科学而适度的空间组织。通过对现场的解读，依托于建筑平直而优雅的线条，形成一个幽隐于市、漫步于林、摒弃嘈杂的绿色空间，围绕着南北两大核心庭院，营造出现代、舒适、休闲、精致的居住空间场景。复合美学与艺术，兼顾极简与自然，追寻优雅惬意的居住体验。通过景观勾勒时尚而灵动的环境，以一种立体、连贯的设计，串连核心场景，形成在生态中的精致场所。
The site space conditions are distinct and concentrated, bringing about scientific and moderate spatial organization under the functional system. Through interpretation of the site, relying on the straight and elegant lines of the building. Create a green space hidden in the city, strolling in the forest, and rejecting noise, surrounding the two core spaces of north and south, creating a modern, comfortable, leisurely, and exquisite living space scene. Combining aesthetics and art, balancing minimalism and nature, pursuing an elegant and comfortable living experience. By outlining a fashionable and dynamic environment through landscape, a three-dimensional and coherent design is used to connect the core scenes and form an exquisite place in the ecology.

设计希望强调自然感与舒适度，聚焦现代美学格调，融合精英教育特点。以绿色串联林间而居、实现丰富的景观层次和林下而居的生活意境。现代艺术的美消除了自然美的局限，形成一种亲近自然、触摸绿色、感受天伦的美好生活体验。在这个空间，我们构建了“气韵之境”“峡谷之境”“悦心之境”三大特色空间的联系与共融，并以六大价值体系实现生活的温柔与浪漫，书写城市与林间的自然华章。
The design aims to emphasize naturalness and comfort, focus on modern aesthetic style, and integrate the characteristics of elite education. Living in the forest connected by greenery, achieving a rich landscape hierarchy and living under the forest. The beauty of modern art eliminates the limitations of natural beauty, creating an experience of being close to nature, touching green, and feeling the beauty of family life. In this space, we have constructed the connection and integration of three characteristic spaces: "Charm Realm", "Canyon Realm", and "Joyful Realm", and achieved the gentleness and romance of life through six value systems, writing the natural beauty of the city and the forest.

穿越城市与空间的边届，以独特的现代手法展现怡人秘境。建筑如山岭在侧，景观如碧草芳林，相得益彰。南北院落动静呼应而彼此共生，12大场景构建沉浸式的归家体验，实现丰富的景观层次和伴绿而居的生活意境。现代艺术的美消除了自然美的局限，与之融合一体。将场地与城市人文环境以及多种林下居住功能交叉组合在一起，是对这个场、这个城市、这个项目最好的尊重。
Crossing the boundaries of city and space, the hustle and bustle becomes static at this moment, showcasing a delightful secret realm with unique modern techniques. The architecture is like a mountain on the side, and the landscape is like green grass and fragrant forest, complementing each other. The north and south courtyards echo and coexist with each other, achieving rich landscape levels and a living atmosphere accompanied by greenery. The beauty of modern art has eliminated the limitations of natural beauty and integrated with it. Integrating the site with the urban cultural environment and various residential functions under the forest is the best respect for this site, this city, and this project.
气韵之境·入堂 | The realm of artistic conception Entering the hall
明快而典雅、平直而舒朗。大门没有过多的矫揉造作，控制住每一个必需功能，两侧的高墙与中央的入口区构成了黄金比例，墙体暗喻书本页面，呼应“学区”主题。融合古典与时尚，凸显格调。格栅屏风后的一片林冠若隐若现，静逸生活的大幕在这之后徐徐拉开，深沉的暗灰色与精奢的暗金，形成了艺术的序章，斑驳的树影后包含着无数的可能，带给了生活更多的畅想。
Bright and elegant, straight and comfortable. There is no excessive affectation, controlling every necessary function. The high walls on both sides and the central entrance area form a golden ratio, with the walls symbolizing book pages and echoing the theme of "school district". Integrating classical and fashion, highlighting style. Behind the grille screen, a canopy of forest appeared faintly, and the curtain of peaceful life slowly opened behind it. The deep dark gray and luxurious dark gold formed the prologue of art, and the mottled tree shadows contained countless possibilities, bringing more imagination to life.
气韵之境·引溪 | The realm of artistic conception Lead the stream
婉转的溪流牵引着归家的脚步，狭长的空间中松石相映，叠瀑成帘。特选的独景树与柔美的镜面水景相映成趣，精选的幻影蓝石材无论是白天还是夜晚均闪耀着它晶莹的材质感。地面的特殊拼花仿佛水面延伸到了脚下，灵动而典雅。
The gentle stream pulls the footsteps home, and in the narrow space, pine and rocks complement each other, creating a curtain of cascading waterfalls. The specially selected unique trees complement the soft mirrored water scenery, and the selected phantom blue stone shines with its crystal clear texture both day and night. The special patchwork on the ground seems to extend from the water surface to the feet, agile and elegant.
峡谷之境·森涧 | Valley of the Canyon Forest Stream
峡谷之境、伴溪而坐，耳听这一首流水协奏曲，回归于纯粹自然的森居乐土。设计凸显峡谷绿色质感，尽显别样温馨。围合而生态的多维立体景观，自然元素与主题策略相互呼应，恍若梦幻境界。灵魂在这里沐浴着大自然的拥抱，生命再现宁静的怡人韵律。
Sitting in the canyon, accompanied by a stream, listening to this flowing water concerto, returning to the pure natural forest paradise. The design highlights the green texture of the canyon, showcasing a unique warmth. A multi-dimensional and ecological landscape that is enclosed, with natural elements and thematic strategies echoing each other, resembling a dreamlike realm. The soul is bathed in the embrace of nature here, and life reproduces the peaceful and pleasant rhythm.
峡谷之境·云厅 | Valley of the Canyon Cloud Hall
璞厅之内、方寸之间，宛如画卷展现，细节处尽显匠心独具。坐于廊架之内，巧转于台阶之间，轻巧自然的平台之上，精致的厅廊已和缤纷的花径、斑驳的树影、碧蓝的天空融为一体。而其内温暖的灯光，细腻的墙面，无处不诉说着生活的闲暇与精致。精心搭配的软装与室外家具，延伸了生活的尺度与空间，生活的美好在这里化成一片檐下天堂！
Inside the Pu Hall, every inch is like a painting, showcasing unique craftsmanship in every detail. Sitting inside the corridor, skillfully turning between the steps, on a light and natural platform, the exquisite hall has merged with colorful flower paths, mottled tree shadows, and blue sky. The warm lights and delicate walls inside speak of the leisure and delicacy of life everywhere. The carefully matched soft furnishings and outdoor furniture extend the scale and space of life, and the beauty of life has become a paradise under the eaves here!
悦心之境·探知 | Realm of Joyful Heart Explore
踏入“悦心之境”，以空间构建自然乐园。通过菁英素质启蒙引领社区价值，自由浪漫的大地艺术与神秘探索互相交融，以儿童天真欢乐的特性为出发点，构筑以森林厨房、森林博物馆、户外探险为核心三大板块的融合式乐园。领略自然奥秘、催生好奇创意，在缤纷多彩的亲子共鸣活动中，让孩童的心灵得到成长，拓展素质，灵性绽放。
Step into the realm of joy and build a natural paradise with space. Leading community values through elite quality enlightenment. The fusion of free and romantic earth art and mysterious exploration takes the innocent and joyful characteristics of children as the starting point, and constructs an integrated amusement park with forest kitchen, forest museum, and outdoor exploration as the core. Appreciate the mysteries of nature. Stimulate curiosity and creativity, and in colorful parent-child resonance activities, allow children's hearts to grow, expand their qualities, and bloom spiritually.
小空间内与自然多元搭配，将设施融于场地、将器械隐于空间、将体验搭配自然，全新的儿童活动区设计创新探索，让景观学区主题缤纷绽放。每一处细节都让亲子体验与场地创意不断进化与提升。
In a small space, diverse combinations of facilities and nature are integrated into the venue, equipment is hidden in the space, and experiences are matched with nature. The innovative exploration of the new children's activity area design allows the theme of the scenic school district to bloom in color. Every detail allows for personal experience and continuous evolution and improvement.
格调之境·森琇 | Realm of Style Beautiful Forest
精致的材料与线条，诉说着自然与美学的碰撞。回归林下的休憩氛围和静谧感受，寥寥数笔的视觉语言与材质变化，即满足了功能与形式并存的需要。细腻的绿色环境消解了材料的冰冷，转而给人更显澄澈的生活感受。林荫之下，每一次游走与转折，都被赋予了漫游的奇妙体验。视觉、行为的方向也变的更加明晰、清楚。而绿意盎然的空间则使陌生的人群也不忍拉远距离。
Exquisite materials and lines tell the collision of nature and aesthetics, returning to the relaxing atmosphere and tranquil feeling under the forest. The visual language and material changes in just a few strokes satisfy the need for both function and form to coexist. The delicate green environment dissolves the coldness of the materials and instead gives people a clearer sense of life. Under the shade of trees, every walk and turn is endowed with a wonderful experience of wandering. The direction of vision and behavior has also become clearer and more distinct. And the lush green space makes even unfamiliar people unable to bear to distance themselves.

也许城市留给我们的绿色很少，但打造一片绿色秘境永远是我们的愿望。借助中海精工领潮的匠心工艺，一个细节、一种材料、细腻的情感表达蕴锋刃于无形。伴随着林间树旁的轻语、一处美好而悠然的、可以与森林共舞的生活秘境、引导着居者探寻生活的本真与自我的情感世界。在设计与实施的过程中，我们感受到的不仅是对场地的描述，更是对品质生活的诠释，致力打造一个隔绝都市纷扰的心灵归栖地。
Perhaps the city leaves us little greenery, but creating a green sanctuary is always our wish. With the cutting-edge craftsmanship of Zhonghai Precision Industry, every detail, material, and delicate emotional expression is embodied invisibly. Accompanied by the gentle whispers of trees in the forest, a beautiful and leisurely living secret realm where one can dance with the forest, guiding residents to explore the essence of life and their own emotional world. In the process of design and implementation, what we feel is not only a description of the site, but also an interpretation of quality life, committed to creating a spiritual sanctuary that isolates urban chaos.
