11月26日至28日，万商俱乐部2025年度泛商业创新大会在上海盛大召开。景立方（北京）景观规划设计有限公司总经理黄新先生、设计总监卢青先生受邀出席大会并进行了主题演讲。历时三天的大会，共进行了四场垂直领域平行峰会、两场品牌与机构路演、五个上海标杆项目深度参访。大会不仅奉献了高密度、高质量的思想盛宴，并且为行业成功搭建了一座连接商业全链条的价值平台。约2000余名商业领域资深从业者、管理者参加了大会。
From November 26 to 28, the 2025 Pan-Business Innovation Conference of the Wanshang Club was grandly held in Shanghai. As a senior member of the Wanshang Club, Mr. Huang Xin, General Manager of Jing Lifang (Beijing) Landscape Planning and Design Co., Ltd., and Mr. Lu Qing, Design Director, were invited to attend the conference and delivered keynote speeches. Over the three-day event, four vertical-sector parallel summits, two brand and institutional roadshows, and in-depth visits to five Shanghai benchmark projects were conducted. At the annual Design and Innovation Summit, the speech theme of LAND3 ，"Building a New Paradigm of Commercial Landscape with Diversified Themes," was particularly eye-catching. Mr. Lu Qing, the design director of the company, elaborated on the interpretation and application of the new commercial landscape design trend by LAND3 from three dimensions: "change core, trend decoding, and new paradigm strategy". Using the actual projects implemented by the company, he fully demonstrated the new heights of innovation and exploration of LAND3 in the field of commercial landscape.

在随后的商业设计全链条对话环节，大会以城市更新大趋势下，商业资产改造焕新的全环节协同创新与破题之道为主题展开。LAND3景立方总经理黄新先生作为嘉宾应邀参加，他全方位、系统化地介绍了公司在实际项目中设计与实施的过程，就项目本身的设计理念、业态组合、文化IP打造以及现场落地等环节，进行了深入表述。并认为变化已经成为了新商业项目及城市更新类项目的常态，城市面貌、业态场景、数字生态、消费策略、文化加持等，无时无刻不处于动态变化之中，极速转型的社会让重建“人、货、铺、场、圈”成为了线下商业的必修课。优秀的城市更新项目，必须是‘内容’与‘场景’的深度耦合，是经济价值、社会价值与文化价值的共同实现。
In the subsequent dialogue segment of the entire business design chain, the conference focused on the theme of collaborative innovation and problem-solving in the transformation and revitalization of commercial assets under the trend of urban renewal. Mr. Huang Xin, General Manager of LAND3 , was invited to attend as a guest. He provided a comprehensive and systematic introduction to the company's design and implementation process in actual projects, delving into the project's design philosophy, business combination, cultural IP creation, and on-site implementation. And it is believed that change has become the norm for new commercial projects and urban renewal projects. The urban landscape, business scenarios, digital ecology, consumption strategies, cultural support, etc. are constantly in dynamic change. The rapidly transforming society has made rebuilding "people, goods, shops, venues, circles" a compulsory course for offline business. An excellent urban renewal project must be a deep coupling of 'content' and 'scenario', and a joint realization of economic value, social value, and cultural value.

In the award ceremony of the conference, Beijing Zhonghai Daji Lane, designed by LAND3 Landscape Cube, received high recognition from the conference jury. They unanimously agreed that Beijing Zhonghai Daji Lane is not only a creation of urban commercial space, but also a continuation of urban memory and reconstruction of commercial logic, providing a highly valuable reference sample for the development and construction of commercial projects in China. Relying on the century old hutong texture, it cleverly integrates traditional architectural style with modern commercial functions.
